Mr. P.N. Parikh

CS P. N. Parikh is a graduate in Commerce & Law and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He has an experience of more than four decades in the areas of Corporate Laws. His areas of expertise include Corporate Governance, Due Diligence, Mergers and Acquisitions & Takeovers, appearances before the Company Law Board, Regional Director, Department of Corporate Affairs, SEBI and Stock Exchange. He has been practicing as a Company Secretary since last 37 years and has been providing professional services to corporate clients including Listed Entities, Foreign Companies, Large Groups, Joint Venture Companies, Banks, SMEs, etc.

Mr. J. U. Poojari

CS J. U. Poojari is a graduate in Commerce and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He has an experience of over three decades in the areas of Corporate Laws, Foreign Exchange Management Act and RBI compliances. His areas of expertise include Corporate Governance, Due Diligence, Foreign Exchange Management Act and RBI compliances. He is associated with Shri P. N. Parikh since last 37 years.

Ms. Jigyasa N. Ved

CS Jigyasa Ved is a seasoned expert and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, with over 25 years of distinguished experience in Corporate and Securities Law. She holds dual degrees in Commerce and Law, combining a strong academic foundation with practical insight to provide high-impact legal and compliance advisory services. Known for her precision, strategic insight, and unwavering commitment to excellence, Jigyasa Ved has the ability to navigate the evolving corporate and regulatory landscape with clarity and confidence.

Ms. Shalini Bhat

CS Shalini Bhat is a Commerce and Law graduate and a Fellow Member of ICSI, with over 20 years of experience in Corporate Laws. In practice since 2005, she specializes in Company Law compliances, Secretarial and Compliance Audits, Due Diligence, and Corporate Governance. She advises listed and unlisted companies on SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory matters, and handles cases before the ROC and NCLT. She is also actively involved in the incorporation of companies and LLPs. Always open to challenges, she stays updated with regulatory changes to provide timely and practical advice to clients.

Mr. Mitesh Dhabliwala

CS Mitesh Dhabliwala is a graduate in Commerce & Law and a Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He has over 18 years of experience in the areas of Corporate Laws. He is actively involved in handling Compliances of Listed Companies and various audits including Secretarial Audits and Due Diligence audits. He also looks after the Incorporation of New Companies and LLPs, conversion of Financial Statements into XBRL and various other Company Law matters related to Registrar of Companies, Regional Director and NCLT. He is actively involved in Research, Regulatory Updates and Developing Audit Systems and processes.

Ms. Sarvari Shah

CS Sarvari Shah is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds degrees in Commerce and Law. She has also completed Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA, International) program. With over 18 years of experience in Corporate and Securities Law, she specializes in Mergers & Amalgamations and offers comprehensive compliance support across diverse sectors. She has deep expertise in managing regulatory compliances for Listed Companies, including those under SEBI, RBI, FEMA, and the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Sarvari has led various audits such as Secretarial, Compliance, Due Diligence, and Corporate Governance Audits, and is well-versed in the conversion of financial statements into XBRL.

Mr. Mohammad Pillikandlu

CS Mohammad Pillikandlu is a graduate in Commerce and a Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He has over 20 years of experience in the areas of Corporate Laws. His area of expertise includes Incorporation of New Companies and LLPs and various Compliances of Company Law Matters and also carrying out Due Diligence Audits, Secretarial Audits and Compliance Audits of Listed and Unlisted Companies.

Ms. Akruti Shah

CS Akruti Shah is a qualified Company Secretary with over 10 years of experience in corporate law and compliance. A graduate in Commerce and Law and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), she has expertise in advising listed entities on SEBI regulations, and providing compliance services to NBFCs in relation to RBI requirements. Ms. Shah is proficient in leading secretarial audits, conducting due diligence, and managing forensic and internal audits of RTAs. Additionally, she has handled corporate matters such as the buyback of securities and the inter-state shifting of registered offices, ensuring full adherence to statutory and regulatory obligations.

Ms. Jeenal Jain

CS Jeenal Jain is a Commerce and Law graduate and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with around 10 years of experience in secretarial and corporate compliance functions,she has developed deep expertise in company law, regulatory filings, corporate governance, due diligence and board processes. Her professional journey reflects a strong commitment to excellence, integrity, and continuous learning in the field of corporate compliance and secretarial practices.

Ms. Anuja Parikh

CS Anuja Parikh is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds academic qualifications in Commerce and Law. She possesses over 10 years of professional experience in the domain of corporate laws and regulatory compliance. Her core areas of practice include Secretarial Audit, Due Diligence, and ensuring compliance for listed entities—both Equity and Debt—in accordance with the regulatory framework prescribed by SEBI. Her expertise further encompasses compliance under the RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs, conducting internal audits of RTA and is well-versed in the conversion of financial statements into XBRL.

Ms. Urvashi Pandya

CS Urvashi Pandya is a Commerce and Law graduate and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), with over 10 years of experience in Corporate Secretarial and Governance. She has expertise in ensuring strict compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Regulations. Her professional capabilities includes preparation and conversion of financial statements into XBRL format, as well as handling stock exchange filings to ensure accurate, timely, and regulatory-compliant disclosures. Ms. Pandya has managed event-based compliances, including procedural aspects of preferential issues, reclassification of promoter/promoter group and compliances related to IEPF.

Ms. Priyanshi Anjania

CS Priyanshi Anjania is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).She has experience of over 3 years in corporate secretarial and governance. She specializes in ensuring compliances for Private Limited and Public Limited Companies.
